• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International orders are accepted :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 6 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. (Very rarely does it take 12 weeks)

• What happens if my order is lost?

  If your order is lost there isn't anything I can do but send you a replacement. So please don't hesitate to send me a message if you've been waiting 2 months+ for your order.

  If your order is sent back to me and the address is incorrect then I will contact you and arrange to have to shipped out again. Please be aware that if you input your address incorrectly and it does end up being sent back to me you will have to pay the additional shipping cost to have it shipped again.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
